I forgot about Lando’s pain problem. So if it’s still an issue, in proper perspective, he’ll probably be very happy with his performance. Great job all round by the team.
Lando's back problem occurred when his body was quite stressed in the car, in the wet he was likely under less strain due to the much lower G's. Might still have been a problem for him, but not like on a dry track. Maybe just not a great day at the office.
Remember when Zak squeezed him after the first podium and Lando said oh my god he must have broken a rib there.....

hahaha Well remembered!

Our pit stops are a joke. Disappointment. Sainz lost so many places. I think its a crime

That was a bad race so far but it's still not over. We will wait and see. Unfortunately both Renaults and Both Racing Points are faster today and I cannot explain this difference than last week. Did they brought upgrades?

Pitstop mistake is a big one, probably cost him 3 positions. Pace is too close to judge, but it does look like we are a bit slower than Renault and Racing Point today.

Yeah but I don’t think I could have held on in all honesty.

The race pace is atrocious to be honest. They have nothing on sundays. RP, Renault and highly likely that Ferrari as well are faster on race day.

It's a shame that quali pace can't be translated into the race two weeks in a row now.

They got lucky last time. Maybe they get lucky again this time, let's see.

They were not faster ... Results were decieving. A lot of luck was involved in that P3. Ricciardo was out of the race early and Ocon was stuck behind traffic. Perez was miles quicker than Norris after the pitstop and the safety car changed everything.

Still work to do.

Nah. At RP they’re learning a lot more about the potential of last years Mercedes. We should be 0.4/0.5s behind last years Merc. And we are now.

Renault in RIC hands was quick last week and this week. Just underperformed and a mechanical. This is what I expected

You can't tell me that they were lucky last time. They were clearly faster all the race by both Ferraris, Renaults and Racing Points. I remember how lap times went. What changed this week? Is it possible that they can't make these tyres work?

How much more potential can a last years Mercedes have?

Lando’s pace isn’t too bad... lapping in the low 1:08’s, while The guys in front are lapping in the mid/high 1:08’s... If he can keep that pace, he will catch Carlos in about 10 laps

Track temperatures were higher last week too. So that could be an explanation. Pace was very good last week, Perez wouldn’t even have been a threat, were it not for the safety car in the first place, so I wouldn’t say last weeks result came fully doen to luck.

On another note, our pitstops have been an issue for years now, no excuses for that anymore.

Like I said, the RP have found a massive amount of pace. Other than them we aren’t looking too bad. Strangle Norris is much happier on the mediums compared to Sainz

Like Marko said, the RP-Pink Mercedes isn’t a copy, it’s an original!
