Light reflection makes it look like a triple element rear wing.

in this video kevin is testing a new frontwing, seems there will be changes to the endplate, more then that i cannot see, it was mentioned in autosports tech report, but no pics has been available 0:04-0:06

Is that a Wing on the Top of the Diffusor like Williams has it?

Yep. RB has it too IIRC. Surprisingly they use the blockers also on the upper wishbone

edit: i wonder how the wing on top of the diffuser should work with the blockers above/behind it

Right but the most reliable website "omnicourse" said that they'll bring a new diffuser designed for just one pair of blockers.

Furthermore they ran just one blocker in Monza IIRC
