The new parts will bring more downforce.
Interesting to see if the understeer goes away.

With the temps expected to be a good chunk higher than what we have seen in the opening 3 weekends, at least during the Sunday races anyway, It'll be interesting to see how Ferrari fair with tire degradation, If 2024 was anything to go by, the cooler temperatures favoured Mercedes and even Red Bull, not so much Ferrari.

Hopefully they still have a tire degradation advantage at hotter weekends...

I guess McLaren's car also sucks since Oscar said they had 0 grip as well. It is the track, the times are super slow

Lets wait for Charles. Lewis is still learning the car, the Hard tyre looks poor and Lewis can be a bit of moan based on the small radio's I have since since we started the ground effect era. He had years of the best of the field car so understandable he has a high standard.

With Beg in FP1. I watched Lewis FP1 onboard instead. Adami and him are miles off the same page. Lewis second push was completely wrecked as they couldn't get a correct gap. Might have just been today but hopefully they find a pattern soon.

It's a rather useless session to be fair, so it doesn't matter that much.

Were they running with flow vis early-on? I couldn't follow FP1 live, was just listening to the live timing broadcast.

I always wonder how hard it must be to balance the car. I presume they have a base setup from previous races and the simulator but with a major upgrade like the floor it must still be quite difficult if the correlation isn't there...!

I didn't see any being run on any cars to be honest. But it seemed a bit of a nothing session because of the temps.

It's the same gap we saw in Suzuka for now.
Norris and Piastri just made a huge mistake in Q3 losing 0.2s.

In this track McL was expected to be better so yeah... Nothing surprising to me. At this point the realistic goal is to try and win at least 1 race this year.

There is no way they can recover the gap.
