Brundle sez if they start behind the safety car -like Hulkenberg was told on the radio by FI personnel- then they'll line up behind the safety car in the order they passed the first timing beam. And frankly, I don't know where that is, perhaps the first intermediate split ?

Yep, that helps :)

I'm wondering what brake bias ratio they run? It's very strange to see that Massa spun like that at full braking... It looks like these 2014 cars are very unstable on braking.

They're repairing barriers, nothing to do with restarts.

BS excuse. Without standing restart they would have never done that.

:?:
You're saying they don't have to repair barriers?

This screen-shot looks like 80s F1.

Looks like no broken legs for Kimi, but there are concerns on his ankle. Heard he's gonna have a x-ray

Maybe, just maybe, that's why they called the restart?

WTH are you on about? First of all it won't be a standing restart, they wil start behind a safety car. Second of all have you ever seen what a broken guard rail can do? Look at what happened to Kubica when the barier went through his car (and that one wasn't damaged).

According to Ferrari, the first thing that Kimi said on the radio was if Massa is OK. Gotta love the guy.

We also now get the full two hours of racing, instead of spending a third of the race behind the safety car, besides as others have said it was a genuine red flag, nothing to do with standing starts, the fence is broken, restart behind the safety car after one lap. Its great.

Where is investigation/penalty for Raikkonen for dangerously re-entering the track?
