See Red Bull, if you can do it right, yes. If you can't... well, you'd probably stall the floor and/or air will leak into the floor from the sides, both of which won't be very cool.

It also brings some challenges in suspension setup, with the requirement of setting stiffer than ideal rear suspension IIRC.

At the moment it looks like last years car was faster than '31....Magnusen did 1.25.225 on softs....
