Another crash from Chaz? At what point does this become recognised as an issue?

I think many already knew it was an issue. Undeniably quick, but it has always come with these moments. Binned it during his Sauber days, and in the Ferrari at Imola, France, Mexico City and yesterday. I’m sure there are more examples.
