Other people have pointed out that if Red Bull chose to use KERS in Australia, they will suffer much higher tyre degradation. Already, McLaren with KERS suffered less severe tyre degradation than Red Bull without KERS. If Red Bull chooses to use KERS in Malaysia, it may hurt their pace in the longer run.

Are you suggesting that Red Bull swaps chassis between Vettel and Webber? Webber is using Kinky Kylie to post fast laptime in Sepang, while Vettel is having setup issues with Webber's previous chassis. Wow, a great idea you have there!
