I can't tell, however, if this is a front wing used for transportation purposes or the one which is going to be used at Monza.
Yes it seems a quite strange front wing... With only three(?) element, but that two vertical deflectors are totally new and there are not cascades and also the wing with Sheel logo is single profile in my opinion.

A really aggressive technical update for Ferrari?

Please excuse me in advance that we are discussing something that's not bolted on the car yet, but I think that this is a Canada-spec nose cone - correct me if I'm wrong.

Hello guys, my first post here! :D
I believe what we are seeing in this last pic is the pelican nose cone used in Canada. Also those vertical deflectors on the front wing look very similar to the Lotus as others have pointed out.

Yes, it is nose from Canada.

Interresting to see such a large front wing flap compared to Belgium.

Ferrari will have a Monza package and a further upgrade at Singapore. Depending on how Singapore turns out will be how much further attention the 2013 car receives to the season's end.

They'll try different solutions. I'd suspect either cut flaps or a lower AoA when they finally decided on setup before qualy.

Maybe the cascades aren't even attached yet.

Also I am not sure if a vortex hitting a tire is a bad thing or not, it might be that that produces lower drag.
I don't think so.
Hm This is not very constructive.
And think about it: They always try to give wings as little turbulence as they can, so wings work as effective as possible. So more turbulence less wing effectiveness might equal to less drag too. It might be that vorticles reduce drag...

Aren't vortices generally a by-product of drag?
