Not expecting them to run as fast as Williams, of course.. That was just to show the difference.. Assuming they had about 100liters of fuel and the tires were a little worn (costing about 1sec/lap), that would put them about 2 seconds per lap behind Williams. That's not too bad for a brand new car that ran less than anyone due to lack of wings.
I trust Wirth to catch up, though. I bet they won't be further than 1sec/lap behind any of the Cosworth cars by the time they return back to Europe. Of course, this assumes that Williams will continue their well known trend of not being able to develop the car much during the season.
