I think the idea is that you leave it in gear and when the marshals arrive they press the button labeled N on top of the nose.

But they're not fast enough in qualifying and they can't get immediate performance out of the tyres as soon as they pit. Red Bull had track position therefore they are the fastest. It's no use looking at a narrow window in the race and looking at lap times.

As for the laughable discussion that always seems to surround a decent result for Grosjean (few and far between, I know), let's just paint over the good portion of the race Raikkonen spent behind the two Mercedes that allowed Grosjean to jump ahead. When their last pit stops were was down to their tyre longevity and how each had paced themselves. It's all swings and roundabouts.

Really happy today and will be for the next 3 weeks break  . Lotus threw race win for Grosjean when they pitted him too early in last stops. I really wanted Pastor to score some points and who knows if he could have snatched 10 in last lap.

Massa I really don't want to comment on if it was a car problem or not but he should let go like MW at the end of the year. Force India couldn't get the tyre advantage because the 3 stop was clearly faster wrt 2 stoppers unlike Macca.

Nice to see ROS and HAM have a Malaysia like radio fight =D> and ROS showing anger towards the team.

No one else thought it was weird that when Webber came in the team messed up his pitstop? He otherwise would come out right in front of seb or at least close enough to fight for the place. Redbull never messes up pitstops....

Didn't take long for the conspiracy theories to emerge...

Rosberg should have let lewis through, Lewis may have been able to be on the podium.
Not very sportsmanlike there.
For Sure!!

So I guess the Kevlar tires has swing the advantage towards RBR?

With Merc earlier saying they will divert resources towards 2014 is May/Jun, does it mean that Merc will be going down hill from here? and Ferrari will be the only challenger to RBR and Vettel for 2013 WDC like last year?

As I said they did it (threw away on purpose) two times:

1. Once by not letting him through when he was losing time on softs and could challenge Vettel for the win, also helping Raikkonen (1. Gros 2. Vett 3. Raikk vs 1. Vettel 2. Raikk 3. Gros)

[Then safety car negated time gap that Raikkonen had to leading two, he had no business to be anywhere near second place, if you exclude R.G. as Lotus gladly did this season, it's a repeat of Bahrain and China, glorious second place, with no fight for the win at all]

2. Second time "choosing" wrong time AND wrong tyres. They knew which combination was better to fight for the win AND they knew which driver was better on softs (first stint!). The choice was simple  to go in the opposite direction.

I thought it was impossible to beat Singapore team orders for 2 points in stupidity department but Lotus managed to do that thrice in one race. Third time with regular team orders for nothing. Lotus is a joke, I'm done with F1  . For 20 days. 8)

Did the german guy (cant remember name) who were doing the Q&A openly ask Vettel how does it feel to have Kimi as team mate next year? Sound like its a done deal or something?
