No Orlen said in their sponsor event a few days ago that they won’t be the title sponsor for Williams

Indeed. I think that was clear from the initial announcement. The placement/size of logos on the car certainly isn’t consistent with title sponsorship.

There were some distinct flashes of turquoise in the teaser video, so I wouldn’t be surprised if the 2019 colour scheme featured that colour prominently.

McLaren have had metallic paint for years, fairly sure Mercedes do too. The Toro Rosso livery looks metallic to me as well.

I think that was the 'old' metallic, the 'new' metallic has Maylar flakes instead.
