If Honda is forced to save Nissan then Honda Leaders Must Do It on Their TERMS!!!

A negative action for the Company could be a blessing???

I would only offer to purchase Nissan's shares of Mitsubishi Motors.
Why?
Honda needs partners to secure raw materials and process them,R&D on future manufacturing processes, batteries and electronics.
Mitsubishi would a great partner on the eVTOL and Honda Rocket.
A partner on FCEV commercial trucks

Going all in on BEV and the Chinese market is a Loser game! ( Everyone wants to follow the Elton Musk with the BEV but they forget Tesla was manipulation by key players in the stock market to get them rich and to fund SpaceX).
Honda was always a leader who did the Tesla idea first and Musk stole the idea and the only reason it worked was because of market manipulation.

So Honda needs to forget about the BEV and focus on HEV with R&D on eVTOL and Rockets.
The key for the Honda CVCC of eVTOL is using Pod Ducted Fans( moving vertical to horizontal with flight aspect).

A big surprise to everyone is to partner with Toyota and BMW on Hydrogen Fuel Cells and water to hydrogen converters.
Stop working with GM on Fuel Cells because all GM was doing was stealing Honda ideas.

Honda has a Tesla like BEV manufacturer.
The Sony - Honda Automobiles.
Honda is a ICE or future Nuclear Fusion Propulsion manufacturer.

I would also take the Aston Martin F1 and Honda partnership to a next step!!!

Partnering on automobile side with Honda supplying the power train and helping making the Aston Martin factories more efficient.
Making Aston Martin profitable and a very wanted automobile!!!
Silverstone track will be key. That is where the buyer learns to drive his new sports car to it's optimum. Then it's shipped or they drive it home( depends where they live).
Everyone car gets driven by its owner. So if they want to flip it they must still drive it on track.

Using everything they learned in F1 to make it the most efficient engines and cleanest burning while still making the HP.

In 1.5 and 2.0 versions.

( Is it time for Electro- Magnetic bearings???)
They can also be a generator/ drive motor

For the RS, Type-S and Type-R

2.5L DOHC V5( 113 degree V)
Electric Charger
HEV
Very high revving( 10,000 rpm redline min.) but still very efficient!!!

For Limited Hypercar and other Sports models per version( 2.5-3.0 L)

It looks like Nissan doesn't want to merge with Honda but needs money. It seems it's the Japanese Government pushing the Merge because of fear of a Taiwan company buying Nissan.

If I was the Leaders and Stock Holder of Honda.
The only thing I would do to save Nissan is to buy Nissan's 24.05% Mitsubishi Motors stock they own at a discount.
That will give Nissan money they need!!!

Also to use the Nissan plant in the UK to build Honda BEVs for the European Market.

Also keep working with Nissan and Mitsubishi on the BEV platform as long as Nissan pays their share of the costs( Japanese Government payment backing if Nissan fails to pay their share).
But Do Not make it a cash cow because the Smart business people know even GM and Renault that the China market is lost.

I have a gut feeling that Honda and Mitsubishi can work together but working with Nissan will be a marriage that never should of happened. So be prepared for a divorce with Nissan sooner than later.

It would be a smarter move to partner with Aston Martin Automobile on the Halo Sports Car market. This would be a Great Benefit for both companies!!! A move to make Aston Martin profitable and A Way for Honda to make Sports Cars.

India is the new China and Brazil will be the growing market. More important to expand in Brazil than China.

I want to see them make a Prelude Type-R.
Use the Civic Type-R power train but add a electric motor/ generator between the ICE and MT trans.( Starter, torque fill and mostly generator).

And the 250 HP eAxle from the BEV models in the rear.( Torque Vectoring)

6 speed manual transmission eAWD Sport/ Race Hybrid.

I wonder if it would smoke some very expensive V8-V12 GT off the line and at some tight tracks?
And be bought at a much much cheaper price!

Honda should do everything possible to not merge with Nissan!!!

Things like....
1) buy Mitsubishi Motors shares from Nissan at a market discount( this would give Nissan the money to survive).

2). Invest in a BEV production line at the Nissan factory in the UK or Spain (production of Honda, Mitsubishi and Nissan BEVs).
For the European Market.
And in Mexico

Working with local battery manufacturer to build battery plant close by.

Because of the Nissan headache,Honda really is going to need to depend on Honda Motorcycles for cash( profits)!!!

BEV with exchange battery and exchange battery stations is going to become even more important and it's time frame moved up!!!

Also Halo Sports Bikes from HRC.( Produce a little more to keep the price lower but not too many it keep it very special and rare)

Honda needs to understand that it's more important to be investing in the BEV motorcycles and scooters with exchange battery and Aerospace than BEV!

Halo limited Motorcycles and Sports Cars ( partnership with Aston Martin would be beyond smart!!!) to help with profits.

Keep a eye on KTM because their problems are worse than they are staying and they are trying everything trick( new investors) to stay afloat and maybe out of jail for fraud.
When it crashes,it might be smart to buy key assets in Europe as base to produce Honda BEV motorcycles and scooters in Europe while saving the KTM and Husky brands). Partner with Red Bull???

A recent history lesson for Honda Leadership and Stockholders.

Boeing was the greatest commercial airline manufacturer with the best safe products until the saved McDonald Douglas by merging.

The mistake of that merge was keeping McDonald Douglas people who was the major reason for McDonald Douglas problems.

Those McDonald Douglas people took control of Boing and brought the same problems to Boing.
Cutting Corners
Stealing money from the company
Brides
Defective Designs
Cover-ups
Defective products

Commercial Pilots don't even want to fly Boeing Jets!!!

Nissan people will do the same thing to Honda.
The people pushing this merge don't care because they will make so much money off the Merge.( The money & Stock market people and the people behind the Holding Company).
The only winner will be the people will be the Money Market people, who are pushing this deal on Honda and the Japanese Government as the only way to safe the Japanese Automobile business.
They are using China and the BEV as a Red Herring. It is a illusion!!!

Honda Engineers need to do what Boeing Engineers wished they would of done if they knew what they know now.
They would of stopped the merger with McDonald Douglas or let go all of McDonald Douglas management and replace them with Boeing people.

Honda Engineers need to revolt and stop the Nissan Merge.
Call for the retirement of all the Honda Leaders involved in move peacefully or be fired.

Just look at Boeing today to understand why you don't want Honda to Merge with Nissan.
