The whole idea that George is on the outs at Merc to make way for Max doesn't really make sense. Because Jos and the Verstappen camp wouldn't want Kimi Antonelli as s teammate either. Just like Micheal had in his contracts that he's the #1 and there can only be a #2, it would be the same with Max. So is Toto going to move 2 drivers out to make way for Max?

We're also hearing Verstappen is very unhappy with the car publicly by race 2... it's all setting up a move by the end of the summer break IMO.

I believe it. I see no reason why Verstappen can't achieve success at Aston given their infrastructure and leadership. Verstappen isn't going anywhere. Nobody knows exactly what will happen regarding the performance 26. His choices will not simply disappear, and when he has a better overall picture, he can make a more informed decision for 2027.
