I have never rated or liked Nick Fry's methods and i thought he was a contributing factor to Honda's lack of sucess. This would seem to give further evidence to that line of thought.
Its a --- up.
He must feel gutted and like a bit of an idiot right now but thats life.
Merc will have factored all this into the buy price and tbh for their brand seeing as they are marketing this as the "silver arrows" team minimal sponsors and just the Merc badge may do more for them in terms of their own brand awareness.
The real loosers here are the share holders of brawn who will have sold for less than they could have because of the mess. Still, theyve still all made millions off this 1 year so im sure they arnt too bothered. In that regard honda's money is still smoothing over the rough spots.
