Nah, they were formed for the sole purpose of every 4 years the whole of England deludes itself, then gets booted out and provides endless opportunities for us to laugh at their excusses.

I do have to say in 1966 the only reason England won was because Nobby Stiles broke Eusebio's leg with a quite shocking tackle.... in the 6th minute

Eusebio's response? Scored a goal with a long range volley from distance...with the broken leg!

We'll see but I am supporting every team that England are playing against. That's the Scottish way! There are as many jock ex-pats all over the place, we can honestly support any team in the world.
