I wish they would go back to a more silver colour. I found the silver became too grey and dull (pre the black cars).
Hopefully its just not like the original W11 livery, that was vile.
I think the silver they used for the W10 and the original silver W11 was the best they had used, and those liveries are still the best to this day.astracrazy wrote: ↑15 Feb 2022, 12:19I wish they would go back to a more silver colour. I thought the W02 had a nice silver, just the rest of the livery was poor.AeroDynamic wrote: ↑15 Feb 2022, 12:23I think the silver they used for the W10 and the original silver W11 was the best they had used, and those liveries are still the best to this day.astracrazy wrote: ↑15 Feb 2022, 12:19I wish they would go back to a more silver colour. The more I look at the pre W10 cars, the more ugly I think they were. Particularly 2010, 2015, and 2018.
2014/2016/2017 weren't too bad.
I agree.Jambier wrote: ↑15 Feb 2022, 12:41I don't think it is possible to have a nice livery with the Petronas color and grey.
It never matched well. But grey and black of the past McLaren was so cool:

W10 to me is the best one. W11 in silver had those red Ineos accents here and there which I never thought suited the Mercedes silver. When they switched to black, it helped Ineos red blend in better. But hey, that's just my opinion.AeroDynamic wrote: ↑15 Feb 2022, 12:23I think the silver they used for the W10 and the original silver W11 was the best they had used, and those liveries are still the best to this day.astracrazy wrote: ↑15 Feb 2022, 12:19I wish they would go back to a more silver colour. I agree. although im Split, and personally, prefer the W11 silver version. The Ineos (particularly the roll hoop piece) really detracts. But the larger size stars on the back, the fade, and the flat green accents were even better for me. The W10 is arguably better because no Ineos but every other area, the W11 is a bit better I feel.Morteza wrote: ↑15 Feb 2022, 20:49W10 to me is the best one. It would have been a Rosbergesqe surprise if he would have retired but Rosberg did retire.proteus wrote: ↑06 Feb 2022, 18:16As i stated before - who is actually surprised? Noone with their right mind thought he will quit. Toto was the only one selling this delusions to the media and maybe to few naive people. He is back as he is supposed to be.Csmith1980 wrote: ↑06 Feb 2022, 15:36Because many of his detractors were hoping he wouldn’t return for 2022 so they are now disappointed by the fact it appears he will be racing after all
my gut said its fake but here's confirmationJambier wrote: ↑16 Feb 2022, 11:33https://i.ibb.co/270Z9JS/Fichier-000.png
- FIA model
- Grey and black livery , not very beautiful
So nothing to expect from the launch for them
