They made an operating profit this year, so no...they had a full programme of bits to make for Turkey, they couldn't make enough new front wings on top of that too... Williams have no spare wings, and can't make even one in time. I wonder if they are that short on cash, or maybe they forgot to replace Nico in the factory when he got promoted to driving.
