Which is why I linked the actual video rather than an article :P

Adrian Sutil is getting a bit eagar to know about his future with Force India. He wants to have a sitdown with Vijay Mallaya (soon). Apparently he just can't wait till December to know about his future.

I think its clear by now that he's headed out to make room for Nico Hülkenberg.

What're his options? WilliamsF1...

I don't think anything's clear from that specific event. If you were him you would want that too. If you waited until after December to start looking, all the good seats would be taken.

Looks like they had a "drum-off" to decide who gets the seat.

To be serious though, why Hulkenberg? While surprised that Sutil is matched by a rookie, he's not slow either. If this goes through, then FI will have two very green drivers. Who is funding them?

Sutil is pretty consistent. He'd be a good #2 somewhere.

I was thinking if Eric Boullier would consider giving a race seat to Sutil if Kubica wasn't able to recover by next year.

I think having two drivers (Senna & Grosjean)with very less experience would put a dent on their Championship position. In 5 Races, Senna has only scored once (9th) in a car which is supposed to be fast & consistant.

I know i've kinda put Vitaly Petrov out of this equation (for some reason).

Well, Sutil is quite a competent driver, fast and consistent, with money and backing. I wonder why he would be getting dumped.

He's kind of the next Nick Heidfeld. Consistent, occasionally quick, fairly reliable. Maybe he hit the wrong guy in that bar incident... :)

Nico Hülkenberg seems to have sealed the deal with Force India for next year.

That being said, Adrian Sutil apeears to have already been dropped by Force India (according to Autosport magazine).

Yes the smart money seems to say that it's a done deal. However I don't think it's very smart to be quoting Planet F1 - not a very popular site on this forum

Yes, agree 100% with that. That was the first F1 site and forum I started frequenting, but I quickly shifted away.
