Agreed, short time wise, it's easier to land a title sponsor, but if they leave you are in risk. From the other hand, it takes a lot of time and effort to get a lot of smaller sponsors, but if few decide to leave you can replace them with other few and keep your team afloat.
Yeah, RBR, Ferrari, Mercedes and AMR are all on the wrong path with their title sponsors.
Once the chance for a great title sponsor for McLaren appears, they will take it, as every team would.

RBR, Ferrari & Mercedes structure and finance model is so different to Mclaren that for them is not essential to have this title sponsor but a bonus, where for Mclaren, team that struggles financially for many years is essential to have a lot of sponsors to make sure they can stay afloat, wehre if they have one big sponsor and if that sponsor decides to leave the team or the sport could kill them.
