Darn! If only Lewis had overtaken Fernando. That would've helped Sebastian a bunch for the championship; he could clinch in Singapore easier if Lewis had :P

Great job by Vettel, Button, Alonso, Hamilton and Schumacher. Great shame for Rosberg who might have done something surprising here. Webber lost valuable points by crashing unforced.

The back markers do a terrible job yet again, they just dont get out the way, glock allways seems to be the one. Him and buemi cost hamilton ove a second and the chance to get alonso.

Shame lewis was sleeping at the safety car restart, he clearly had more pace than anyone aside from vettel, great win for him

How inept where Mercedes today.....

Must be their contrived management structure and their patchwork exhausts.

Why on earth do Mercedes bother?
More could have been done.

Clinical from SV....superb...showed the stuff early on a then just left the rest behind. If LH had been awake when the safety car exited he might have had a podium place. Great race from Schumi if somewhat bullish....button consistent as always always and showed what can be done in the Mclaren... 8) btw...kudos to LH for showing patience and maturity in the battle with Schumi....

Oh! another great race added to the exciting 2011 season. Of course, it was exciting to watch Schumi pushing the limit.
Finally, there is Sebastian Vettel and then there is everyone else. Seb is truly in the class of his own.

Easy now JET, let's wait and see if MS gets away with his wrestler's tactics on Hamilton today?

Vettel overcome by the moment at the trophy presentation, great moment for a great racer. Congrat's Seb. You made it look way too easy!

RB-07 is one of the best cars in the last 6-7 years. Not just on sheer pace or gap to rivals but that it is a COMPLETE CAR. It is the fastest car on every circuit. Even Perez would beat Alonso-Hamilton-Button with this kind of car.

I can´t believe Alonso.... Why the F would you give up the inside like that??
Had he kept the inside line he would have kept Vettel behind for both Lesmos
And then used his top end to keep Vettel behind which would not have been able to get past.

A very poor defense by Alonso but yet again a absolutely fantastic start by him.
Not the fact that Vettel and Hamilton got bad starts but just look at the room he had :)
The truth will come out...

I don't understand why everyone claims Alonso would be "complete driver". Who said that first and who broadcasted that romance? I don't see that.
Many people want to see Vettel in a red car, even Alonso. I think he would need a very good psychologist then ...
