I think more df gives it's owner on throttle earlier or harder compared to one who has low df.

normally this should be the case, but traction out of slow corners is usually the biggest strength of the Ferrari. So even the fact that Red Bull is expected to improve, doesn't necessarily mean that they are better

No it doesn't. More DF will literally eat your battery on straights and in general impact you negatively in terms of energy management, this is a well known fact.

I think LEC has to start on Softs. He needs to pull away as quick as possible to keep George out of his DRS, and build as much distance he can between him and Max until Max cuts through the crowd.
