What? Where did you see I have a problem with your opinion? Or is this your answer to my question?

How is that possible, did JT use high heels or perhaps ladders?

The saga continues:
The FIA have canceled the CoA meeting and instead there will be another hearing of the WMSC, in light of "new evidence".

Now lets get it right this time.

AOL has a similar story.
There is surely no way Mclaren can be banned from '08 aswell. There would be uproar in Britain if Hamilton didn't have a seat next year.

"New evidence" (inspired by another modbaraban's post) (although I don't buy Ferrari's story). If you realize that another team made better car just send a copy of your car's blueprints on their address and get them disqualified. Way to go!

2nd that thought... I wonder if this new hearing has come just as the Ferrari legal team have figured out how to make sure the IP addresses and phone records the need (of course supplied by their local constabulary) just so happen to confirm all of their allegations..

To me it's

either the sides have come to agreement and the 'new evidences' are just a way to avoid public hearing

or

Todt tries his best to distract McLaren from actual racing for as much as possible.

Either way I can't see McLaren being penalized in any way... maybe fined.
