If it is 4 tenths - that is massive. Could make it a car that challenges for victories.
Well, it doesn't have to mean 0.4s tenths for the full package. It could be 50/50 in terms of parts fitted, but it's not given that each half contributes towards the same amount of laptime.
I am inclined to think the full package brings more gains than a partial one, but given the numbers they have put out, this upgrade is worth anywhere from 0.3s to 0.5s
Quite a substantial amount of laptime gain. Not comparable with the Austria package last year which probably gave them 0.7-1s but they were absolutely dreadful before Austria last year.
Gaining 0.5s on an already decent car bodes well for the future. It proves they know what they're doing and what they have underneath them.
