There's plenty of other photos of the cars having similar vortices of the rear wing on that site, so just bear that in mind before the tin foil hats are put on.

Agreed. The offside rear 'vortex' is well away from the wing, and the nearside 'vortex' sppears to be from forward of the wing. And that one in front of the rear wheel? Impossible to be a 'vortex'!

It could be the upper vortex form the bargeboard, or the inside vortex from the front wing flap.
Could be photoshopped of course, but it does not seem too unrealistic.

Not that it changes too much, but Scarbs tweeted the picture of the Caterham & it seems he knows the photographer well. Not sure a professional photographer would really photoshop vortices on work their selling, but of course I can't be sure.

Looks like a very low DF wing (or maybe the adjusters are just set right back). Looks like they are making the pylons that attach to the nose longer as well.

Low downforce makes no sense at Melbourne...

AoA is hardly an indicator of downforce level when smething is in "storage mode." It only takes a few seconds to bring that up. The peripheral aerofoils however are a different story.

Yes the top flap has been wound back for storage (not sure why they'd bother to be honest)

That's not the new front wing, it's the one from 2011. They took a 2010 front wing to Melbourne last year as well (smart move, Chandhok broke it).

I'm not saying it's the 2010 wing, I'm saying it's the 2011 wing Chandhok is no longer at Caterham.
