Just to show what you mean about the front wing, and very flat floor compared to the ground. What's strange is the front wing end plates, the bottom foot is at an upward angle, yet the top of the endplate is still horizontal... Is there flex happening in that area to separate those two pieces?
It has already been explained. The bottom part of the endplate is flexible.
The RB13 FW is different from the rest of the grid, the footplate tunnel doesn't extend all the way down at it's front most part.
Even with the car stationary it can be seen.
And that's with the huge stationary rake that the Red Bull has, when it gets on the straight and the rear gets lower it becomes even more pronounced.
