Carlos inability to compete is really hampering Ferrari vs Red Bull with two capable drivers.

I think Perez tyres are gone. 2 seconds max has gained in a lap. Can see Perez pitting soon as Leclerc is catching quickly now so clearly Ferrari committed to a 2 stop
