Followed by him promising to ‘sort it out’ whilst talking to Grosjean as well as trying to calm Grosjean down.
Reading between the lines Grosjean was livid that his team mate has shoved him off the track and the Haas management agrees.

Isn't that, by definition, traction control? There was a strange behaviour with the clutch, it was biting and releasing, biting and releasing, which I never felt before, so I lost it there.
Only if you're looking for some illegalities where none exist in order to aid your preferred driver / team...
But in second part of season Williams and my favorite driver with mustache was the bestSulman wrote: ↑12 May 2019, 18:43This is absolutely brilliant. I thouht it felt like classic next year! Ferrari but '91 is a more accurate comparison. Seasoned champion, young shiny hotshoe, and total disarray.
The unexpected dominance of the top team is similar, too.
Same. You really know you failed your strategy when you have to let your drivers swap positions on two occasions. It seems to me they decide to let the other through way too late, after which half of the potential is gone.Schuttelberg wrote: ↑12 May 2019, 16:14Ferrari's strategy for their drivers has given me a sore headache.
Sounds like a very convenient way to prevent wheel spin. I'm interested in why you're taking such as dismissive stance about this. TC and all related tech is banned. I don't see it as easily dismissed if there is public statements about a behavior that could easily mimic this banned driver aid.Just_a_fan wrote: ↑12 May 2019, 20:22Only if you're looking for some illegalities where none exist in order to aid your preferred driver / team...
Traction Control? Whatever it is you're talking about, it is not that. You want to start a thread about Mercedes using an illegal launch control aid, knock yourself out but at least use the right terminology. Using a clutch to control wheel spin in the way Bottas described would be a clutch with serious longevity issues.Zynerji wrote: ↑12 May 2019, 21:27Sounds like a very convenient way to prevent wheel spin.
