The one thing that's always annoyed me is that if it isn't already obvious, authors should label such photos as shopped. Some things are obvious while others are cleverly realistic.

If you look at the image, its signed 'Rotochop FC' sounds like its been photoshopped to me...

To me it was obviously photoshopped. The colors of the arm and the head dont match.
