I thought you can overtake after the SC 1 line?
This rule has been changed in brazil 2019. It's now at the start/finish line.

New standing start? Any bets on another safety car after the restart?
If you are more fortunate than others, build a larger table not a taller fence.

those muppets should have watched Indycar yesterday. BOT did nothing wrong.
Finishing races is important, but racing is more important.

Bottas backing everyone up way too much seriously dangerous not surprised with the result now we get a standing start so he cant do it again.

It’s a total joke though. Better off doing standing restarts. I cannot see any benefit in these rolling ones
(BOT didn’t do anything wrong. It’s midway in the pack that thought the race was on and accelerated with the rest that can’t see anything happening.

Lets be honest... Bottas did exactly what he needed to do to ensure an advantage into T1. The fact that everyone behind him ran into each other isn't his fault in the slightest.

Maybe they should decide to restart some races from safety, on a grid formation... just a suggestion.

Agreed. In this case Bottas is not to be blamed at all. I thought that was a very smart SC restart from his point of view, otherwise no way he holds his lead up to T1, he'd probably end up 3rd of 4th even.

His weaving too much surely caused some phantom traffic jam behind him (classic traffic jam in real high way)

Oh for god's sake. Safety car straight out.

You can see why they don't come here regularly. What a farce.

And I will partially blame Bottas for that for backing everyone up so much.
You can blame FIA with their regulations. They manage to over react when there is no need for it and they manage to make seriosly dangerous situations with nonsense like this. What i dislike the most us that only midfielders suffered. Maybe it would get trough their thick skulls if both Mercs and reds would crash.
If i would get the money to start my own F1 team, i would revive Arrows
