Because it was also a stupid comment. This isn’t Reddit.
Was it that stupid? Hamilton seems to be in the mix just fine.
Yes it wa stupid and it is embarrasing that people think it is valud.
I see no problem with saying Max is able to get more from the car. Its a fact. No point in hating on him because he's doing a better job.

Merc are low and quick with little bouncing now.
On their second run yes. But in Fp3 all teams make a big leap from their first run to their second run. Low 32 for Verstappen soon I’m sure.

Hamilton didn't have a particularly clean lap, impressive from Mercedes. Let's see.

SO... Redbull performance is nothing to do with the car, it is all just Max..

So between 2014 and 2021, that was all Lewis getting more out of the car then the 20 other drivers then.

Looked a lot better. Wide at T4 though and still a LONG way off the times Max/Lec were pumping in last laps of FP2. ~2 seconds to come out yet.

Merc finally pulling their finger out it seems. Let's hope it's actually that competitive including Ferrari.

McLaren the most curious to me now.

Yeah this track is like dirt track racing in the US. Track conditions evolve real time.

It also makes it hard to actually figure out whether a change worked. It reminds me of a driver I worked with. “Is it understeering or over steering?”, “both!”

Sainz only 0.118 off the pace. Leclerc is faster than Sainz = Leclerc on pole?

Mercs might actually be able to fight with Perez and Saintz which is not as bad as it looked.

Something with gaps between the two drivers within a team, but this this is not the thread for that.

Russell running a fine lap as well. There seems to be nothing wrong with the Mercedes. Which doesn't really surprise anyone (except perhaps some Mercedes fans), because Mercedes goes through the same playbook every year.

Redbull have always had a practice of supporting just one driver.
