I'd put Gasly and Albon on spec 4 this weekend, and Kvyat and Verstappen in Monza. With fuel upgrade and any engine debugging at Spa, so they can hit the ground running for Monza. Passing is more likely in Monza than Spa.

Lies Rbr brought a comprehensive package in Austria France that included bargebord front wing and new diffuser

It’t not really lies. You are absolutely right they brought a big package to france. But they disappointed there. The next race they also brought the FW change and from then onwards they were competitive. In that weekend I also saw Horner giving Newey a happy smile and hug. That new FW was Key to make the rest work intended as well likely.

Good decision. One Spec 4 for each team. And at least the other car can do qualifying without penalties. Excited about what Albon can do starting back on the grid with the Spec 4. Will be an interesting race

That could still be, they have now gone for one engine to one team where first the rumours were only STR wit the spec 4 this weekend.
