He is certainly not in Räikkönen's class when it comes to F1 start experience. Usually it is the over ambitious and inexperienced driver who starts a first corner accident. I agree that Grosjean sometimes looks over ambitious. In practise he spectacularly lost control if I remember right.

Hopefully Grosjean will be worrying about his record and will be a bit more cautious this race. He really needs a good clean race where he just brings the car home and picks up some points.

We will have an interesting start, that's for sure.

I'm tipping Raikkonen for the win! Unless it rains, then all bets are off. On SpeedTV they said Hamilton never won if he didn't start from the first two rows? Interesting statistic.

To be fair, historically you need to qualify well to win here. Only twice has the winner been from behind the first 2 rows, and even then they were only on the third row.

Ok, but I think they said that all his 17 wins were from the first two rows.

Romain Grosjean to Will Buxton on Speed, "The race can be long."

Oh, yeah? Prove it.

It's almost as if Maldonado is contracted to make contact with at least one car at some point during a race. Hopefully, he's good now that he's run into Massa.

Looks like they've went the wrong way the the DRS, last year it was too effective, this year it doesn't seem effective at all!
