OK, here is a real left fielder, as I do not have a clue and had to look through the list of names for it.

Art Cross (USA 52-55)

They all look like UV (HS?) joints with the Cross missing.

No, but indeed those are universal joints with their cross shafts removed.

Easy - Stewart as in Jackie Stewart.

It's a painting (art) of a pot of vegetables (a stew).
If you are more fortunate than others, build a larger table not a taller fence.
