It's not meant to be a Marlboro livery - especially considering that McLaren are sponsorsed by British American Tobacco (Vuse)! It's just the normal dayglo Papaya livery with white bits instead of the plain carbon.
Honestly I do think it kind of gives off a similar vibe. They can't just go full Marlboro for several reasons. As mcuh as I'd love that livery.
