Did Massa and Kimi use different rear wings or just a different setup of it ?

Kimi waited about 2 seconds too long during his 2nd pitstop, was that because he had difficulties getting away due some sort of reason or a mistake from the electronics that replaced the lollypop man ?

Great shot. I doubt anybody expected that cutaway section there.

It looks like you're also competing to be the biggest smartass..

I don't understand. Kimi waited in his box because Lewis and Robert were coming down the pit lane...

Good eye on the rear wings. =D> And it's nice to finally see the hole in the underside of the nose in that picture you provided, thanks!

My first post  :D I've been hanging round the site for more than a month though...

--- off idiot,

Q: (Livio Oricchio – O Estado de Sao Paulo) Kimi, were you afraid at the second pit stop when you were two seconds slower than Felipe? Did you think you could lose your lead?
KR: You’re always thinking about it because you’re going slower and the other guys are going full speed on the circuit but it was only because there was traffic coming when my car was being refuelled and I needed to wait, because there were two cars, Lewis and a BMW at the same time, so I just needed to wait. Once they went, I could leave my pit. You cannot see but the team always tries to tell me (what’s going on) and I had a reasonable gap, so I didn’t really worry about it too much, but you would rather go when you can and not have to wait.

Excuse me! I thought you were fooling around too as it was not my first experience with that in here when asking a simple question.

Oh well, shoot me ! :-#

Hi Smiley, welcome to the forum. Please excuse the personal unpleasantries, it's rare in here.
I too am glad to finally see how the bottom hole in the nose looks like. Actually, it's much larger and more aggressive than I imagined. A lot of air gets moved through there.
Racing should be decided on the track, not the court room.

Pretty aggressive indeed.

I have a concept drawing of what I think would be a good solution as well. I should be able to get it up in a day or so.

Here is a clearer front-view shot of the two different rear wings run in the race by Raikkonen and Massa.

And these two links are individual shots.

Did the run the different wings because of driving style or what would be a reason for the two different shapes??
