I'm not so sure brake settings are covered by parc ferme, but if they are I'd imagine McLaren would argue to change/replace under safety grounds.
True true, this would probably do the trick. If that is the case then Landos assertion that there is pace in the car and that the brakes would be fixed for the race suggest we have reason to be hopeful.
If we can gain a few places in the sprint then we are in a decent position for the race. If... if....
In that sense I enjoy this sprint format because a bad qualifying doesn't mean your race is done, you have the chance to pull forward on the grid still.
