Since there wasn't an upgrade for the Dutch GP, means next window is Baku (Azerbaijan) in 2 weeks time.

Maybe they have Newey coming and want to focus on the 2025 car. Who knows. They tend to develop an OK car for the new seasons but are lost with development in season.

There isn't much outside the CAP except 3 Salaries.
