F1today shows the latest compound Kimi used while Autosport shows the one Kimi used for his fastest lap so it's ultrasofts.bl4zar_ wrote:What about Kimi's 1:23.477? Autosport.com reports ultrasoft tyres, while F1Today reports supersofts

Yeah, but it gives a very good idea of where they stand. Last year, Hamilton only used hard tyres for his race sim during the first test in Barcelona, but it was a whole minute quicker than RBR.f1316 wrote:Of course, it's not really a simulation of a real race if you only use one kind of tyre...IFK wrote:Thanks mate !F1ern wrote:

I think FI was already running pretty much flat out. The only "sandbagging" here was the slower tyres, which is not sandbagging at all per se.Chene_Mostert wrote:Yes and FI was sandbagging.dot235 wrote:So this effectively puts Hulkenberg on P1 by 0.4s for the time being. Encouraging lap times of STR on the Medium compound. I guess their last years talk about having one of the best chassis of the field isn't garbage after all.GM7 wrote:Winter-Test : Global conclusion (day 4).
