They rules are already clear and
Obvious. A car stopping on track for a minute or so has never been a big issue once it's able to restart. And it also depends on the danger of where it came to a halt.

You do tend to get better quality posting in the technical threads, but when it comes down to driver-talk there is no avoiding sub-optimal discourse, I’m afraid.
