How about the positions? There was one HRT I think that didn't change tires.. Will it be starting from the midfield? That's gonna add some accidents for sure.

Are they allowed to change tires if the race is stopped with red flag?
Yes. Red flags mean you can even change some aspects of setup, do repairs, change tyres. Karthikeyan will start 10th
HRT were smart enough to start the race on wet tires, so they didn't have to pit.

so.......whats the point in wet weather tyres, when conditions which require wet weather tyres bring out the safety car instead?

what on earth has happened to this sport?
about 5 years ago it wasn't even an issue.

why bother with making wet weather tyres? why is no one talking about this? its ridiculous!

TV concerns ruin racing. They hold the race in the monsoon season and start at 16:00 hrs, when it is nearly certain it will pour. Start the race at 14:00 or 15:00 hrs and there's no problem, but then pansy Europeans need to get out of bed early on a Sunday.

If Charlie says that the race is over, Narain would get .5 points. That would be, if my memory does not fail, the first time a team could say: "this is the first we end on the points zone. This is the first half point we ever had in F1"
