Williams went for a double floor arrangement which makes the sidepods taller.
Williams also has this concept of "ending" it's rear end earlier and more abruptly (for quite a few years now), contrary to most teams that tend to slim it down progressively.
Looking straight from the back this makes them look very fat, but in reality it isn't.
