The BBC spent alot of money trying to get this effect, Tom turns up in the middle of kielder forest with his moderatly priced family camera and hey presto :lol:

It is from what I have heard about the pic before. I was told it was Laguna Seca and it was a chassis Schumi had crashed which resulted in that pic. Although I may have been told wrongly :roll:

It looks staged to me. The cut is way too square to have happened in an accident, looks like it was sawed off for one reason or another. And the insulation, or whatever the white stuff is, is remarkably in tact, also. There are no skid or slide marks around. And if he just crashed, would the barge board be so close and seemingly undamaged other than unattached?

Ah well, who knows...

yeah it does look fake but isn't the sole fact of such... dunno how these proceedings should be called... isn't that weird anyways?
