A place to discuss the characteristics of the cars in Formula One, both current as well as historical. Laptimes, driver worshipping and team chatter do not belong here.
I doubt it, however wasn't there an illustration out last week from an Italian source about the approved crash test variant of the Ferrari with updated drawings of the F2012?
It had two wings next to the drivers cockpit, one next to the driver (shoulder height and another infront/under the side pod which sent air flow under.
There, and its funny how this was released a week later after the car passed its crash test.
Is this tub being tested a dummy of the winged Bat Ferrari?
Because if you go back to Pat Fry and Tombazis interview...they said the car may look considerably different come Melbourne, Mind games AHH!

If someone said to me that you can have three wishes, my first would have been to get into racing, my second to be in Formula 1, my third to drive for Ferrari.
I've done some analysis on the Ferrari pull rod front suspension, surprisingly its geometry is as good as pushrod...!
Ferrari front pullrod: It provides a similar ratio of wheel to rocker movement as pushrod
worth bearing in mind he has obviously outbraked himself there (blue smoke off inside front) and they have a completely new front suspension setup, so could just front diving under very heavy braking...
