Behind the TV glamour/shine, the reality is blokes running around having to push through barriers to do their jobs. Always interesting to see behind the scenes - either at a race or any other type of show.

Nice to see Hamilton shaking hands with the guys before standing to the crowd.

My respect for Vettel and Hamilton knows no bounds. It's easy to be an armchair racer and critique during the heat of the season but these 2 are just great sportsmen. Hamilton has definitely grown up!

It seems that the Monaco-DF-wings do not entirely produce enough DF because of the thinner air, thus the tyres sliding around. Compared to teams like RB and Ferrari that have rake to play around with to mitigate that effect I guess.

So solution is for Mercedes to produce an unique higher downforce package for Mexico? Which they can use in Monaco in return? Mercedes and Hamilton have won in Mexico before right?

Assuming they already use all of the allowed dimensions for the wings, adding more downforce is going to be "interesting". There's only so much you can do with added camber etc.

Well not really; as he said in the video, the problem then becomes of how not to compromise the overall core performance of the car. Mexico still has a long straight where an even higher downforce package would compromise their straight-line speed way too much.

They would rather be happy in enhancing the PU performance by enhancing their cooling solution AND improve the mechanical grip. Both of these would help them on all other circuits as well. They don't have to invest resources and chase aero gains, just to get better at one circuit, especially if the ROI not lucrative. Like Shovlin mentioned there, they are probably not willing to do that.
