It's funny how everyone loves the sport, including the fact that engineers look for grey areas in the regulations and try to gain an advantage by doing so. But when some team is caught on this grey zone, immediately starts ‘they are cheaters, how dare they’, especially it is funny if you understand that all the teams are also ‘cheating’, it's just not so easy to find.
This is not about gray areas or cheating the measuring parameters. This is straight out going against the rules betting on the FIA not finding out. It's fraudulent, if they used it as it's speculated.
The entire schematics were uploaded to fia servers for all the teams to see as it’s a requirement for this area of the car. It wasn’t hidden
It's the activation of it during PF that's hidden duh

Here comes the most important FP1 of the season for the team. Will watch the onboard closely how the car will handle in the medium-high speed corners. And most crucial in the low-speed areas of the track. Hoping the update brings back good front-end grip for Max and some general stability.

The adjustment screw is within the footwell and cannot be accessed with the driver in place – the mechanism is located under the heel support.

To access it, Red Bull’s mechanics would have to remove the nose cone, a separate panel, and the carbon section within the footwell.

This would be particularly difficult to do under parc fermé conditions without attracting the attention of the FIA, nor is it work that can be carried out surreptitiously – it’s a proper dismantling of the car required to get to the adjustment mechanism.
Nose cone removal? SpeedCafe been at the caffeine way too hard maybe....

Why Red Bull's Bib "Trick" has Sparked Controversy - F1 US GP Media Day Reaction
ImageAutosport

F1 returns to Austin, Texas, for the US Grand Prix this weekend, and there is already controversy surrounding Red Bull and their Front Bib Height / T-tray device. Despite the speculation, both Verstappen and Perez have said the adjustment is well known and exists on all 2024 F1 cars, and they're not breaking the rules, but is that true? Jon Noble and Alex Kalinauckas chat in the Circuit of the Americas paddock to understand what this really means going forward, F1's plan to drop the fastest lap additional point, COTA's track changes and more.

All I want from FP1 is Max confirming on the radio that "balance is ok".
That is basically all the team needs to have the WDC.

I sincerely hope what I’ve just seen on the upgrade list is satire….

1 performance upgrade, compared to mclarens 4.

Okay, apparently this is only for visible upgrades, those actually unseen do not need to be listed, but we will see

Kind of hoped for new wings, but let's see.

I just hope balance will be all right.

Still could be a chance, could be the same wing but less rigid construction, wouldn’t need to be listed if it appears the same I imagine.

What surprises me the most is that we haven’t been able to copy a front wing design, yet McLaren have an entirely new front suspension which is a massive amendment

I think this past year has shown that changes don't necessarily mean upgrades. So here is hoping that trend continues and hits McLaren.

RB20 has had a lot of upgrades and I wonder if the Team feels that some of the performance they expected would be unlock now that the core issue has been addressed. Time will tell.
