No, it was a VJM11 with a 2019-spec wing. The RP19 had a different tub and sidepods.

The tub wasn't that different

According to Andrew Green:

"The RP20 is entirely new," he says, "meaning that there's very little carry over from our 2019 car."

So likely we've only seen the 2020 livery on on the RP19.
