I have a question. Will the cars be able to take turns 7, 8 and 9 flat out?

Possibly turn 7, but I doubt the others. It looks tighter than the Maggots/Becketts complex, and the cars don't do those sets of turns all flat out.

Final corner will be flat out imho. They might even do it with the f-duct on !

That first corner looks very tight, maybe it's even worst than Brasil. High chance for a first corner incident(s).

Edit : at least there is enough runoff area.

Pit lane exit on the outside of turn 1? Can picture someone coming out of turn 1, completely blind with a car exiting pit lane just coming up to speed on the exit.

Yes, but the exiting car will have a great view what's going on on track.

T1 and T2 are both left handers so the exiting car will always be outside of the on-track car. I hope they've positioned the pit lane exit line sufficiently close to T2 to prevent an exiting car chopping a racing car. Although F1 cars accelerate so well that they'll be at basically the same speed by T2 anyway.
If you are more fortunate than others, build a larger table not a taller fence.

on the F1 2010 game which they say they got all data for the track, the pitlane exit is on the exit of T2...

Just a little bit quicker than what was predicted by the FIA. One corner had the kerbs lowered and will probably be 1 tenth quicker.... but just a guess

Looking at the layout diagram on the Yeongam website, the pit lane exit is indeed shown at the exit of T2. Which could be interesting as the exiting car will be up to speed by then. There could be an exiting car falling straight in to the tow behind an on-track car and getting the run on them down the long straight.

Which is not a criticism of the track - a clever team might even try to time the pit exit to benefit from this very thing.
