I'm doing a direct via Twitch every day this week afternoon. It will be on a static point of the track (I can't teleport right now), but it's something.

My Twitch account is konstantinos_xiii if you want to recieve a notification when the live is ON.

The rest of the day I will record more videos and stuff for you, but it will take some time to upload it

The question is not whether Red Bull will be faster than Ferrari (they will). The question is whether or not Racing Point will be faster than Ferrari. They might, at least at some tracks.
Pessimism is unhealthy.
Realism. I'm a Ferrari fan. The teams already know the pecking order, and Binotto, Mercedes, and Red Bull have all issued comments adding up to Red Bull being solidly #2 to Mercedes right now.

We'll find out in Australia.

What will blow my mind is if the Racing Point copy job sneaks in there too at the top. That's going to hurt.

Even if RP can beat Ferrari at start of the season, it is sure thing that Ferrari will overtake them quickly, they build their own car, they have giant resources and budget, and a much better line up than RP

So at the end of the season, Mercedes, Red Bull and Ferrari will be the 3 top teams as usual
Question is: Will Ferrari finish 3rd or can manage to catch RB ?

Nothing about your comments is realism. Last season at this time everyone was sure about Ferrari being clear number 1.

this is much more likely isn't it. They won't want to start the season with Charles having a long contract and Seb not, everybody talking about what that means, team orders, favourites and everything, 100 times every weekend

Or SF1000 much faster than the W11 and Vettel immediately decided to prolong his contract :D
