New front wing on the top with the old on the bottom?

Looks like an adjustment to the endplates, there's a section that hangs down vertically now instead of the "curves"

Also it might be my eyes deceiving me but the main upper element looks.. I dunno.. "closer" to the front?

Yep, minor adjustments, The round channel is replaced by a flat with a lip at the bottom end.

Also the upper flap seems to be lower to the outsides.

they probably split the airflow over the nose and to the sides, alos might have to do something with yaw

That type of setup would be called direct injection and it is much more difficult to implement, especially at F1 rev levels

Also IIRC Direct Injection is banned for F1
