This reporter literally was just speaking to Isola who will have most up-to-date info from both Pirelli and the teams
To be honest, Isola has no clue how their tyres behave or what the difference is! He has never really been. Each team will have to find out for themselves and as usual, we will never clearly know the performance difference between the compounds. There have been races where a compound is faster than softer compound next to it.
Last year, he claimed the 2023 compounds are over a second faster than 2022 compounds, which was untrue, based on car performances.
